We have a 14 business day return policy, which means you have 14 business days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
Please contact us within 24-48 hours after placing an order to make any corrections before your order begins processing for shipment.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, free of any rips, deodorant stains, pet hair, or perfumes.
All items go through a thorough quality check before shipping.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com If your return is accepted and your items are eligible, we’ll issue a prepaid return shipping label via email to the original ordering email address on file. You have 14 business days to ship your return back to us after you've been issued a prepaid return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
• Clothing must be returned in original product bags
• Cannot be worn, washed, or put through the dryer
• Cannot have deodorant marks
• Cannot have stains of any kind (makeup/self-tanner, etc.)
• Cannot have human or animal hair
• Cannot have snagging/pilling
• Cannot have abnormal smell (perfume, body odor, etc)
• Clothing cannot be missing any contents (bra pads, drawstrings, buttons, etc.)
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. We also do not price match sale items.
With items selling out quickly, the fastest way to ensure you get the items you want is to contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate a return.
Once you have been issued a return shipping label, you have a few options:
- You can repurchase the item(s) you want to avoid any items selling out before we receive your return. If you repurchase, we can issue store credit or a refund once we receive your return.
- You can return your item(s). After we receive your return, we can exchange it for the items you want if they are in stock at the moment. If any items you want are sold out, we can issue store credit or a refund.
- Worn items are not refundable or eligible for exchange
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
